François Poirier has over 40 years' experience in Private Equity. He worked at IDI, and then managed Astorg when it was a subsidiary of the Suez Group. He has been the Executive Chairman of Pléiade Investissement since its creation in 2000. He is also the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Pléiade Venture.

Boris Tronc has been working in the finance industry for over 15 years, starting as part as the Investment funds Perfectis Private Equity and Duke Street Capital. He then joined the private holding company Arts et Biens as financial controller for 3 years. After that, he was in charge of non-listed investments in infrastructure and real estate funds at CNP Assurances. He joined Pléiade Investissement in early 2009 and became General Manager in mid-2016.

Roland Bonnet has over 30 years' experience in finance: first at Bank Indosuez, then as Deputy General Manager of Suez Industry, a private equity subsidiary of the Suez group. Lastly, he oversaw acquisition financing at Bank of Scotland in Paris. He joined Pléiade Investissement in 2009.

Emmanuelle Guez has over 20 years experience in finance. She spent 11 years within the LCL Bank as Corporate Finance Director dealing with structured financing & LBO operations, leading M&A transactions and equity funds raising ; then 9 years as COO within AOS, a growing mid-cap company under LBO process, building the group’s internationalization, managing subsidiaries, equity operations and sale of the group. Finally, she was Partner within Alter Equity Investment Fund. She joined Pléiade Investissement begining 2017.

Quentin Durville started his carreer as part of the Investment funds Quilvest Private Equity then he joined Pléiade Investissement begining 2017.

After starting his career as an intern at Bpifrance Investissement and then at Pléiade Investissement, Charles-Henri joined BM&A as a transaction services analyst. He was recruited by Pléiade Investissement as a Senior Analyst in 2021.

Martin began his professional career working at Ardian, where he studied investment opportunities in French and European growth companies. Then, he joined Pléiade Investissement mid-2020 as Analyst.

Caroline began her career with internships at Deloitte's Transaction Services department, then at Pléiade Investissement and Ardian Growth. In January 2024, she joined Pléiade Investissement as an Analyst.

Emilie started her career at PwC in Asset Management department. Then she joined Mazars as consultant and auditor in investment fund. She joined Pléiade Investissement at the begining of 2020.

Laurence began her career in a sports marketing agency, handling Hospitality for major sports events. She then became internal communication & clients events manager at Colliers. She joined Pléiade as Office manager in May 2024.
